I am a Mortgage Broker Owner/Loan Officer at Expert Mortgage Financing, LLC. I enjoy building relationships and working one on one with people. In the past I've assisted many with debt elimination, accelerated mortgage payoff and during the mortgage crisis - I helped people with credit challenges (facing bankruptcy and foreclosure) weigh their options and analyze the outcomes of their choices. Now I am channeling years of various real estate, investment, financial and technical experience into helping people obtain the perfect home loan for their situation with compassion because I know all too well how challenging and emotional the process can be. I look forward to working with Realtors and other Real Estate professionals help get clients into their homes. I especially like to work with Financial Planners and Accountants because a home mortgage and personal debt can play an integral part of their bigger picture. Minimizing interest is a key to building assets and equity quicker. Every person and every situation is unique, not one size fits all, and I look forward to changing people's minds about whatever negative experiences they may have had in the past with lenders.
Prior to becoming an MLO, I was employed at American Express (through early May 2016) as a Sr Developer in the Credit Authorization area. My IT experience includes 10 years at Covia/Galileo International and United Airlines in the 90's. Between 2000 and 2009 I obtained my Realtor's license, invested in multiple single-family residences and rented them out. I also worked with accelerated mortgage and debt payoff, loan modification and debt settlement. During 2010 I worked at a trustee's office, NDSC/(Tiffany & Bosco) processing foreclosures.
